Spacious, one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Manistique. Quiet accommodations for one or two adults.

Large master bedroom features antique furniture, separate dining and kitchen area, with a full bathroom. 

Rates:

$100 per night, minimum three night rental.  Weekly and monthly rates are available, which includes all utilities

EAST BAY RENTAL INFORMATION & LODGING POLICY

CHECK IN TIME: Check in time begins at  noon. We will make every effort to have your home ready promptly. Check out time is 10:00 a.m., no exceptions, please.
PAYMENT: To place a reservation, 25% payment is due immediately. The balance is due 30 days before the reservation date.

A full refund of reservation deposit before 30 days will be made. After 29-14 days a half refund of the total balance will be given and no refunds after 13 days during the peak summer season. No refunds will be given to early departures. A key deposit  is due at the time of the balance due by check for $50.00.  This will be returned to you two days after departure and/or upon cleaning.
Guests assume full responsibility for all damages, excessive cleaning charges or any missing items including linens and towels.
